I. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

When you submit a contact or access request via the Site, we collect:

• Your name
• Your company name
• Your business email address

We do not collect payment information, personal identification numbers, social security numbers, or any sensitive personal data through this Site.

Analytics information

We use Plausible Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. Plausible is a privacy-first analytics tool. It does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, does not track visitors across sites, and is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR. No consent banner is required. Plausible collects only aggregate, anonymous usage data: page views, referring URLs, browser type, device type, and country. None of this data identifies you personally. We never sell or share analytics data with third parties.

What we do not collect

The PlainReal record processes cryptographic hashes of AI agent decision data. No personally identifiable information from customer AI agent decisions is ever transmitted to or stored on PlainReal infrastructure. Customer decision artifacts are written directly to customer-owned S3 buckets under the customer's own access controls. PlainReal has no access to customer decision data after the artifact is committed.

II. How We Use Information

We use information you provide via the contact form solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry or access request
• Communicate about the PlainReal product and design partner program
• Send relevant product and regulatory updates if you have opted in

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

III. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers. We may share your contact information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the Site and communicating with you (for example, email delivery services). These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and may not use your data for their own purposes.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, or respond to a governmental request.
• Business transfer. If AgentOS Technologies, Inc. is acquired, merged, or transfers all or a portion of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

IV. How We Protect Information

We implement reasonable security measures to protect information submitted through the Site. The Site is served over HTTPS. Contact form submissions are transmitted using encrypted connections. We limit access to personal information to personnel who need it to operate the Site and respond to inquiries.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. By using the Site, you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.

V. Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions for as long as necessary to manage our relationship with you, or until you request deletion. Aggregate, anonymous analytics data collected by Plausible has no retention limit as it contains no personal information.

VI. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of any marketing communications from us

VII. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including GitHub, LinkedIn, and regulations.gov. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of linked sites and encourage you to review their policies before interacting with them.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
