What we build

PlainReal builds cryptographic AI agent decision evidence infrastructure. The product is the record: a tamper-evident, independently verifiable artifact for every consequential AI agent action in regulated industries. Ed25519 signed. S3 Object Lock COMPLIANCE WORM. RFC 3161 timestamped. 33 fields. Verifiable offline by any examiner without PlainReal cooperation.

The primary buyers are CCOs, CISOs, and General Counsels at Series B and later fintechs and healthtech companies operating under OCC, NYDFS Part 500, EU AI Act Article 12, and GDPR Article 22. The product is infrastructure, not a governance platform. It proves what AI agents did do, in a form that survives adversarial examination by a regulator or opposing counsel.

PlainReal is an infrastructure pure-play. The positioning is the Stripe model applied to AI decision evidence: a single API that any regulated company can call, producing a single artifact that any auditor or examiner can verify.

About the founder
Swapan Shridhar

Swapan Shridhar.

Founder & CEO, AgentOS Technologies, Inc.

19 years building infrastructure that proves data integrity at the OS level, the storage stack, the cryptographic layer, and federal compliance. HP, VMware, Cloudera, FedRAMP GovCloud. PlainReal asks the same question about AI decisions.

Started at HP. Filesystem work on Tru64 UNIX, then backup and restore on OpenVMS using tape libraries. Tape is write-once by design. Once written, it stays. S3 Object Lock in PlainReal enforces the same property, different medium.

Moved to VMware and spent years in the ESX storage stack implementing T10 DIF/DIX. That is the standard that proves data was not silently corrupted between host and storage device. Same problem, one layer down.

Later: FedRAMP GovCloud delivery, Control Plane and Workload side. FIPS 140-3 cryptographic compliance. Evidence packages for federal authorising officials, produced firsthand. Chainguard supply chain hardening. Apache Ambari PMC.

19 years, same question: how do you prove the data is exactly what it should be, and that nobody changed it? PlainReal asks that question about AI decisions.
